Lippert Components, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates and parent company (collectively “LCI”) web sites (“LCI sites”) are provided for informational purposes only.  Unless otherwise specified, all material on the LCI sites may only be downloaded for personal non-commercial use with copyright, trademark and trade name notices in place.  By using the LCI sites, you agree (“Agreement”) to abide by these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use the LCI site.  LCI reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time.  LCI reserves the right to revoke access of any user to the LCI sites and may modify, change or delete any portions of the LCI sites.

LCI and the logo, Kinro and the logo, Kinro Composites and the logo, Better Bath and the logo, Seating Technology and the logo, Home-Style Industries and the logo, Michiana Mattress and the logo, Happijac and the logo, Trailair and the logo, Level Up and the logo, QuickBite, Equa-Flex, Tri Glide, and/or any other LCI names, products or logos referenced in the LCI sites are trade names, trademarks and/or service marks of LCI (“LCI Marks”) which are protected by law.  Any use is unauthorized without the written consent of LCI.  Any duplication, tampering or unauthorized use of the LCI Marks in any way may be subject to fine and civil and/or criminal penalties.

Links to Third Party Sites
Any links provided on LCI sites may allow the user to leave the LCI sites.  The linked sites may not be under the control of LCI, and LCI shall not be responsible for the content of any linked site or link contained in a linked site.  LCI provides these links as a convenience only, and the inclusion of any link does not imply an endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by LCI of that site.  If you decide to visit a linked site, you do so at your own risk.

License to LCI
LCI does not want you to send any confidential or proprietary information via LCI sites.  By posting messages, uploading files, inputting data or engaging in any other form of communication through this service, you agree to grant LCI a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted worldwide license to (1) use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, re-transmit, distribute and/or publicly perform or display any such communication; and (2) sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication.  The license granted shall include the right to exploit all rights in such communication, including, without limitation, rights under copyright, trademark, service mark, patent laws or other intellectual property including right of publicity laws under any relevant jurisdiction.

Public Forums and Communication
“Public Forum” means a chat area, bulletin board, or e-mail function offered as part of LCI sites.  You shall not upload, distribute or publish through the LCI sites any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violates any law.  Information, views and opinions expressed in Public Forums are the views of the person posting the message, do not necessarily reflect the views of LCI and are not endorsed, supported, encouraged, sanctioned, verified or agreed upon by LCI.  LCI reserves the right to remove or edit content that LCI believes may be offensive or violates any law; however, LCI has no obligation to monitor or edit the content of the Public Forums.  LCI shall not be responsible for any unsolicited e-mail you may receive as a result of participating in any Public Forum.  LCI reserves the right to terminate your ability to access any LCI Public Forum.  LCI reserves the right at all times to disclose any information posted by you or any other user as may be necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request.  LCI ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THE MATERIALS PUBLISHED IN ANY PUBLIC FORUM, NOR FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF ANY PUBLIC FORUM OR THE MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless LCI, its licensees and LCI’s respective directors, , stockholders, officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the LCI sites, or your violation or alleged violation of the terms of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law.  If any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable by a Court with competent jurisdiction, then that particular provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.  This Agreement is the entire agreement and is effective until terminated by LCI at any time for any reason without notice.  The LCI sites are controlled, operated and administered within the United States of America.  LCI makes no representation that the LCI sites are appropriate or available for use outside the United States of America.  You are prohibited to access the LCI sites from countries or territories where any content on the LCI sites may be illegal or prohibited.  You shall not use the LCI sites or any materials contained therein in a manner which may violate any U.S. export laws or regulations governing conduct within or outside of the U.S.
