Performance and results can vary. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our product and the Trailair® product has been installed within the guidelines set forth in the installation instructions provided by Trailair®, you are eligible to return the product in new condition and receive a full refund of your purchase price. The purchase price may or may not include freight and/or installation costs to be determined by your retailer. You will have 60 days from receipt of the product to notify Trailair® of your intent to return the product. Trailair® may require receipt of a certified weigh scale ticket verifying the overall weight and the pin weight of the coach proving the trailer meets the load distribution requirements set forth in the installation instructions. A return of goods authorization (RGA) must be obtained from a Trailair® representative before the product is returned. The product shall be returned to the location it was purchased unless specified differently by Trailair®.
